Ooooh on new products that have me oh-so-tempted and reaching for the credit card ~ i&#8217;ve been curious ever since OXO bought Candela ~ since it&#8217;s like the merging of design powerhouses, both being known for their high regard for both form and function, you know they can only result in more &#8220;must have&#8221; products. <p>Ooooh on new products that have me oh-so-tempted and reaching for the credit card ~ i&#8217;ve been curious ever since <a href="http://oxo.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=10423&amp;minisite=10024&amp;respid=53057" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/http://oxo.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=10423&amp;minisite=10024&amp;respid=53057');" target="blank">OXO bought Candela</a> ~ since it&#8217;s like the merging of design powerhouses, both being known for their high regard for both form and function, you know they can only result in more &#8220;must have&#8221; products. Well, currently i&#8217;m thinking the new mini DemiGlow and Flare candles are absolutely perfect for gifting (and for home!), whether used on dinner tables, as night lights, as a replacement anywhere you&#8217;d use tealights (how cute would they be at a picnic, lined around a jacuzzi, along the deck?), or more&#8230; and also the handheld Luau has far too many options as well!<span id="more-95"></span></p>
<p>For those who need some quick catching up &#8211; <a href="http://oxo.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=10423&amp;minisite=10024&amp;respid=53057" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/http://oxo.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=10423&amp;minisite=10024&amp;respid=53057');" target="blank">Candela lights</a> are cordless, rechargeable, portable, are adjustable in brightness, and extremely cost efficient &#8211; also safe! Since they are not hot to the touch. They are charged by simply placing them on the base, and as soon as they are removed (or in a power outage) they will light up!</p>
<p>For pricing info, Amazon seems to have the best prices: DemiGlow (4) <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNW7YM/notcot-20" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNW7YM/notcot-20');" target="blank">$69</a> (8) <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNW82S/notcot-20" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNW82S/notcot-20');" target="blank">$129</a> &#8211; Flare (4) <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNSFZC/notcot-20" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNSFZC/notcot-20');" target="blank">$69</a> (8) <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNZP6O/notcot-20" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNZP6O/notcot-20');" target="blank">$129</a> &#8211; Luau <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNSGK6/notcot-20" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000WNSGK6/notcot-20');" target="blank">$199</a></p>
